Magnet Separator

Physical contaminant from Ferrous (Fe) is very effectively ruled out by Magnet. Our magnet comes in two types of materials, N45 for products less than 100°C, and samarium cobalt for products hotter than 100°C. With the automatic auto clean feature, you don’t have to worry about downtime for cleaning magnetic rods. Instead, you can focus to improve your product safety and quality.

Our magnets come in various magnet types, from conventional magnet boxes, drum magnets, and liquid magnets, to rotary magnets. Remanence options from 7000 gausses to 11000 gausses, for liquid, powder, to pneumatic conveying products, we can meet your industrial need.

For your free fall product applications, it is very ideal for both nonfood applications and food applications. For the magnet rod, available in Neodymium (N45) and Samarium Cobalt for high-temperature products

Liquid Magnet

Magnet separator for liquid products and paste up to 6 bar as standard, and > 20 bar as optional. Available for Atex Zone, with magnetic flux density up to 13.700 gausses. FDA-compliant version

Rotary Magnet

For products with a high tendentious to bridge, such as fiber. Also available with auto clean for minimum maintenance downtime

Plate Magnet

Solution to your chute, suspended, and belt conveyor magnet separation. Its big capacity surface area is great to catch ferrous-based contaminants
